Our jewelry is crafted from high quality Nickel-Free, 925 Sterling Silver; every piece professionally polished and finished for a beautiful shine. Some designs come with additional plating of other precious metals to add color, or to simply make the piece more resistant to wear and tear. Currently, we are only embellishing our pieces with Cubic Zirconia stones. These are high quality mineral stones that durable, attractive, and looks just like a diamond. Each product is different, and you will be able to get all the details you need in the product page before making your order.
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Both platforms provide the easiest and safest ways to pay online! You can pay with all major debit or credit cards using either PayPal or Stripe. Please note that all payments will be made in US Dollars, as this is our Shopify Store's default currency. So while the contents of your cart is currently displayed at the latest exchange rates in your home currency; the checkout will be completed in USD.
Orders are usually sent out within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been dispatched. Shipping times can range from 3 to 16 business days. This depends on the destination and the shipping carriers you choose. Some countries may charge import duties, tax, or other fees. We have no control over this and customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes that are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. You will be notified by customs officials if you are required to pay customs tax or duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These taxes are generally imposed on high value purchases - most buyers do not have this problem. Also, to preempt any nasty surprises, we check all orders and will give our customers a heads up if we think their orders will incur any duties or fees.

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your order, but in the odd event that you receive damaged or defective goods - you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return them for a full refund. Please email us at support@sterlingluck.com if you would like to return a defective order. Please make sure to include all of the following information in your email: 1. Your order number. 2. Your full name. 3. Item number or name. 4, Reason for return. Thank you!
